- Maintain accessible counters, tables, stovetop and appliance exteriors.
- Clean the sink and faucet.
- Vacuum and mop accessible kitchen floors.
- Routine cleaning of toilets, sinks, faucets, counters and mirrors.
- Maintain agreed shower and tub surfaces before ordinary residue becomes heavier buildup.
- Clean accessible floors and included frequently touched surfaces.
- Dust accessible furniture surfaces in included rooms.
- Vacuum carpets and rugs; vacuum and mop hard floors.
- Empty small trash bins and replace available liners.
- Bed making or clean-sheet changes can be part of your agreed routine.
- A first Deep Cleaning may be appropriate when the home has existing buildup.
- Baseboards, blinds, interior windows or appliance interiors can be scheduled as agreed extras.
- Extra detail work is priced and confirmed separately; it is not automatically rotated into every maintenance visit.

Maintenance and deep work differ
Ongoing visits address routine dust and everyday use. Heavy buildup or extensive details may need an initial or occasional deep clean with a separate scope.

The agreed rooms and tasks provide continuity. We review changes in room use or occasional extras so visits reflect your current needs.
Extras and options
Additional work is confirmed with its price before service.
- Occasional Deep Cleaning and room-specific detail work, with the time and price confirmed first.
- Oven and refrigerator interiors; empty cabinet, drawer and closet interiors by prior agreement.
- Laundry folding, dishwashing and organizing when specifically agreed.
- Carpet or upholstery washing is separate from vacuuming and is included only when specifically added to the estimate.
Clear limits, careful service
- We do not move heavy furniture, appliances, electronics or fragile objects. We clean beneath and behind them only where safely accessible.
- Personal belongings are not removed, relocated or reorganized unless this has been agreed in advance.
- Cabinet, drawer and closet interiors containing belongings are excluded. Interior cleaning must be requested in advance and these spaces must be empty before service.
Where disinfection is included, we clean first and use a surface-compatible product according to its label, including the required contact time. Cleaning does not repair damage or guarantee removal of permanent stains.
A PERSONALIZED PRICE
An estimate based on the actual work
We review the home’s starting condition, selected rooms and frequency: weekly, every two weeks, every three weeks or monthly. Any initial deep clean has its own scope and price. Changes to rooms or extras are confirmed before the affected visit.
