GONCAN CLEANING SERVICES
Privacy Policy
Clear choices for your visit. Careful handling of your cleaning request.
Your estimate request is private. Optional analytics, advertising and external content require your permission. You can reject them and still request a service.
Private administrator sign-in
Only the authorized business account can sign in to the dashboard with Google. We verify the Google account identifier and verified email, and retain a hashed session identifier and session dates to protect access. Goncan does not receive or store Google passwords, read Gmail or access Google Drive. Google sign-in loads only on the private administrator login page; customers do not need to sign in to request an estimate. Sign-in challenges expire after 5 minutes. Dashboard sessions last up to 14 days on remembered devices, or 8 hours otherwise, and can be revoked from Account and security. Google manages account password changes and recovery. Its privacy policy applies to its sign-in service.
Information you provide
When you request a cleaning estimate, you provide your name, phone number, service address, city, ZIP code, contact preference, preferred date and cleaning needs. The online estimate also asks for property details, such as size, rooms and condition. Email is required for online estimates; for an in-person estimate it is required if you choose email contact. Notes and property photos are optional. Please do not send identification documents, payment details, alarm codes or unrelated sensitive information.
Technical information
Your browser sends technical information needed to deliver the website, such as your IP address, browser information and requested page. Hosting and security services process this information to operate and protect the site. The estimate form uses a hashed IP-based rate-limit key for each time window to reduce abuse. Our own analytics events include only predefined interactions, with limited values such as language or form step. These events do not include names, email addresses, phone numbers, addresses, photos, messages, appointment dates or URL campaign parameters. Any configured third-party measurement providers are listed below and load according to your optional cookie choices.
How Goncan uses your information
We use your information to respond to your inquiry, understand the property, prepare a cleaning estimate, discuss scope and availability, coordinate requested services and provide customer support. We also maintain relevant business records and protect the website from misuse. Submitting a request does not confirm a cleaning appointment or a fixed price. The website does not collect card details or process online payments.
Service communications, not marketing enrollment
Choosing Call, Text or Email tells us how to contact you about your request. It does not subscribe you to promotional texts, advertising emails or a newsletter. Any future promotional subscription would need a separate, optional choice. Tell us if you want to change your contact method or stop further follow-up about an inquiry.
Service providers and private photos
The site uses Sites hosting, form processing, database and file storage to receive and manage requests. Access to requests and uploaded photos is restricted to the authorized business administrator through Google sign-in. Photos are used to understand your cleaning needs; submitting them does not publish them in our gallery. We do not authorize service providers to use customer request information for independent advertising. We may disclose information when legally required or necessary to protect rights, safety or the site from abuse.
Google Maps, Yelp reviews and external links
Google Maps and original Yelp review blocks are optional embedded content. They remain blocked until you allow functional external content. Loading them connects your browser to Google or Yelp, which may receive technical information and use cookies under their own privacy policies. Goncan does not send estimate form contents to these embeds. You can keep them blocked and use the external links instead; brief original review excerpts also remain available. Withdrawing permission removes the embedded content from the page but cannot undo earlier transfers or erase cookies on other providers’ domains.
Retention and security
We retain request information for as long as reasonably needed to handle inquiries, provide services, maintain legitimate business records, resolve disputes and meet applicable obligations. This is separate from the 180-day validity of your browser cookie choice. Contact us to ask about information associated with your request or to request deletion. The published site uses HTTPS, validates form submissions, limits repeated requests and restricts administration access. No system can guarantee absolute security.
Your choices and California residents
You can request access to, correction of or deletion of information you have provided by contacting us below. We may need to verify your connection to a request before disclosing or changing its information. Depending on applicable law, California residents may have additional privacy rights. We handle requests according to the laws that apply and any permitted retention exceptions. You do not need to accept optional cookies or create an account to contact us about privacy.
Browser privacy signals
The site recognizes Global Privacy Control (GPC) and Do Not Track when your browser exposes these signals. You can decline optional advertising and analytics. As an additional safeguard, detected signals keep optional analytics, advertising and embedded Google Maps and Yelp reviews off, including when an earlier saved preference allowed them. You can still view every service, submit an estimate request and use the external map link.
Children and policy changes
This website is intended for people arranging cleaning services and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. Contact us if you believe a child has submitted personal information. We update this policy when our site or practices change and show the revision date above. We will provide additional notice when required by applicable law.
Optional services configured on this site
No additional analytics or advertising providers are currently enabled. Google Maps remains an optional functional service.
