Online requests are not automatically binding estimates or appointments. Property details, condition, selected tasks and access affect pricing. Goncan and the customer discuss the scope and price before work begins; additional tasks require agreement.
Customer information and photos
Provide accurate contact and property details and submit only photos you are entitled to share. Photos should relate to the cleaning request and avoid sensitive documents or unrelated personal information. They help assess the property but may not show every condition relevant to an estimate.
Communications
By submitting a service request, you ask Goncan to contact you about that request through the details you provide. Tell us your preferred contact method and notify us directly if details, timing or needs change.

Service descriptions explain typical options; the agreed scope controls what is included in a visit. External links, when present, lead to services governed by their own terms and privacy practices.
